Because our products are DIGITAL downloads delivered instantly, they are considered "used" the moment you receive the download link. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

WHAT THIS MEANS:

• All digital products are delivered instantly via download link after purchase

• No physical items are shipped

• Once downloaded, a digital product cannot be returned or "sent back"

• Refunds are not available for digital purchases

HOWEVER, YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS TO US:

If you have a problem with your purchase — for example:

• You cannot download your file

• The file does not open properly

• There is a technical issue with the spreadsheet

→ Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help you resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, we may offer a replacement file or store credit at our discretion.
